Mind Muar provides educational and personal development programs, meditation training, consultations, and related learning materials. All services are provided directly by the business following personal communication with each participant.

All services are educational and experiential.
Participation is voluntary and intended for learning and personal growth.
Enrollment and Purchase Process
Enrollment requires direct communication (email, call, or video conversation).
Payment confirms the participant’s place in the selected program or service. Once payment is completed, the participant will receive confirmation and further instructions where relevant. Access to digital services or scheduled sessions is granted after payment.
Payments
Payments are processed through secure online payment providers.
An official receipt/invoice is issued automatically upon payment.
Prices may change periodically without prior notice.
Transaction confirmation:
Completing payment confirms the participant’s agreement to join the selected program or service as discussed prior to purchase.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by the Client
Courses (e.g., Meditation Adventures)
Cancellation up to 14 days before the course start date: full refund
The course is considered to have begun on the date of the first scheduled session, regardless of attendance
After the course begins: no refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Any special agreements will be specified individually
Refund requests must be submitted by email
Private Sessions
Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice
All timeframes are based on Israel time (IST / UTC+2 or UTC+3)
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, via email or WhatsApp
Late cancellations or failure to attend a scheduled session may be charged in full
Cancellation by Mind Muar
Mind Muar reserves the right to discontinue any course or service at its discretion.
If a course is terminated before completion, the participant will receive a refund for the unused portion.
The refund will be calculated on an hourly basis (1 hour = 60 minutes), based on actual session duration, according to the following formula: Total course cost ÷ total number of scheduled hours
Flexibility & Humanity
In exceptional cases and special circumstances, fair alternative solutions may be considered through direct communication.
Agreement
By completing payment, the participant agrees to this cancellation policy, which forms part of the agreement between Mind Muar and the participant.
Delivery of Services
Services are delivered as scheduled with each participant.
Digital and live services are considered delivered once participation begins or access is granted.
No Guarantee of Results
All services are provided for educational and personal development purposes. Mind Muar does not guarantee specific personal, professional, financial, emotional, or spiritual outcomes. Participants remain fully responsible for their own decisions, interpretations, and actions.
Participant Responsibility
Participants agree to engage respectfully and responsibly in all sessions and programs.
If a situation arises in which continuation of a program becomes unworkable for either party, both sides will communicate openly and seek a fair and reasonable resolution regarding any remaining portion of the program.
Resolving Concerns
If any concern arises regarding a service or charge, participants agree to contact Mind Muar directly first in order to seek a fair and timely resolution. We are committed to respectful communication and reasonable solutions. This step helps avoid unnecessary disputes or payment reversals.
Privacy
Personal information is used solely for communication, scheduling, and service delivery.
Information will never be sold or shared with third parties except where required to process payments or by law.
Security
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Credit card information is never stored by Mind Muar.
Billing Descriptor
Charges will appear on statements as Mind Muar for a business name.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase or payment, the participant confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
