Mind Muar provides educational and personal development programs, meditation training, consultations, and related learning materials. All services are provided directly by the business following personal communication with each participant.

Enrollment and Purchase Process
Enrollment requires direct communication (email, call, or video conversation).
Payment confirms the participant’s place in the selected program or service. Once payment is completed, the participant will receive confirmation and further instructions where relevant. Access to digital services or scheduled sessions is granted after payment.
Payments
Payments are processed through secure online payment providers.
An official receipt/invoice is issued automatically upon payment.
Prices may change periodically without prior notice. Price changes do not affect purchases already confirmed at an agreed price.
Transaction confirmation:
Completing payment confirms the participant’s agreement to join the selected program or service as discussed prior to purchase.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy does not limit any cancellation or refund rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Cancellation by the Client
Courses (e.g., Meditation Adventures)
Cancellation at least 14 days before the course start date: full refund
Cancellation less than 14 days before the course begins: credit equal to the amount paid toward another course, but no refund, except where a refund is required by applicable law
The course is considered to have begun on the date of the first scheduled session, regardless of attendance
After the course begins: no refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Any special agreements will be specified individually
Email is preferred for cancellation and refund requests; other applicable cancellation methods described below remain available
Private Sessions
Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice
All timeframes are based on Israel time (IST / UTC+2 or UTC+3)

Late cancellations or failure to attend a scheduled session may be charged in full
Cancellation by Mind Muar
Mind Muar reserves the right to discontinue any course or service at its discretion.
If Mind Muar cancels a course before it begins, payments received for that course will be refunded in full.
If a course is terminated before completion, the participant will receive a refund for the unused portion.
The refund will be calculated on an hourly basis (1 hour = 60 minutes), based on actual session duration, according to the following formula: Total course cost ÷ total number of scheduled hours × scheduled hours not delivered

Cancellation notices may be sent by email to oded@mindmuar.com or by WhatsApp to +972-52-434-1771. Where a statutory cancellation right applies, notice may also be given by telephone at that number, by registered mail to Oded Raz - Blend Training Center, 11A Arlozorov Street, Ramat Gan 5248118, Israel, orally at the business premises where permitted by law, or through any online cancellation facility provided on the website. Email or WhatsApp is preferred for prompt handling and a written record; these preferences do not restrict cancellation methods available under applicable law.
Flexibility & Humanity
In exceptional cases and special circumstances, fair alternative solutions may be considered through direct communication.
Agreement
By completing payment, the participant agrees to this cancellation policy, which forms part of the agreement between Mind Muar and the participant.
Delivery of Services
Services are delivered as scheduled with each participant.
Access to digital materials is provided when those materials become available to the participant. Scheduled sessions are delivered as they take place.
No Guarantee of Results
All services are provided for educational and personal development purposes. Mind Muar does not guarantee specific personal, professional, financial, emotional, or spiritual outcomes. Participants remain fully responsible for their own decisions, interpretations, and actions.
Participant Responsibility
Participants agree to engage respectfully and responsibly in all sessions and programs.
If a situation arises in which continuation of a program becomes unworkable for either party, both sides will communicate openly and seek a fair and reasonable resolution regarding any remaining portion of the program.
Resolving Concerns
We encourage participants to contact Mind Muar directly so we can seek a fair and timely resolution. We are committed to respectful communication and reasonable solutions. This does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Privacy
Personal information is used solely for communication, scheduling, service delivery, and payment processing.
Necessary personal information may be shared with and processed by service providers supporting these activities, or disclosed where required by law. Personal information is never sold.
Security
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Credit card information is never stored by Mind Muar.
Billing Descriptor
Charges will appear on statements as Blend for a business name.
Physical Product Orders
The following additional terms apply exclusively to purchases of physical products, such as posters. They supplement the terms above and take precedence for physical-product orders where the wording differs. They do not amend the policies for courses, consultations, or other services.

Ordering and order confirmation
Standard posters can be ordered directly through our secure payment page. Customers select the artwork version, size, quantity, shipping method, and available optional features before completing payment.
Product specifications, preparation time, and estimated delivery timeframes are provided on the Poster Page. Prices and shipping charges are displayed on the payment page. Please review your selections, delivery address, and total payable, including the currency and any taxes we collect, before paying.
For custom sizes or requests outside the published options, please contact us by email before purchasing. Submitting an inquiry does not commit the customer to a purchase. We will confirm the specifications, requested customization, delivery details, preparation and delivery timeframes, and total price in writing before payment.
For other physical products, we will confirm the relevant product specifications and the same delivery and pricing details before payment.
Frames and display accessories are not included unless expressly listed in the product description or written quotation. Custom dimensions will be confirmed before printing. Encapsulation is available only in the sizes and finishes offered on the payment page or specifically agreed in writing.
Payment confirms the order on the agreed terms. We will supply written confirmation and the transaction details required by law. Later changes to website prices or conditions will not change an accepted order.
Payment and production
Production, including printing where applicable, begins only after payment has been received and the specifications have been confirmed. If a proof is provided for approval, production will also await that approval.
For standard posters, please allow up to 5 business days after payment is received for printing, preparation, and packing. Preparation time for custom orders will be confirmed in writing before payment. Shipping transit time is additional to preparation time and begins after dispatch.
Please check the specifications and address carefully and tell us promptly about any requested adjustment. We will confirm whether it can be accommodated and whether it affects the price or timing before proceeding. This does not limit cancellation rights.
Minor color differences may result from screen settings and lighting. This does not excuse a printing defect or a material departure from the agreed description.
Packaging, shipping, and delivery
Rolled posters are packed in a stiff cardboard tube for protection. Products requiring a different format use suitable protective packaging. Multiple prints may be shipped together where appropriate.
Orders are shipped from Israel using the shipping method selected at checkout or agreed in writing for custom orders. Available shipping methods and charges are displayed on the payment page or confirmed in writing before payment.
Estimated transit times after dispatch are:
Standard Tracked Shipping - ECO POST: approximately 7-10 business days to most supported destinations.
FedEx International Economy: typically 2-5 business days, depending on the destination.
Preparation time is additional to these transit estimates. Tracking details will be provided after dispatch. Customs processing, holidays, or transport disruptions may affect delivery estimates. Any specifically agreed deadline and the customer's applicable cancellation and refund rights remain relevant.
If we cannot dispatch within the agreed timeframe, we will notify the customer promptly and offer a revised date for approval or cancellation with a full refund for the unfulfilled order. If a shipment is late or appears lost, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange the applicable remedy.
International charges
Unless expressly stated as included at checkout or in a written quotation, destination-country import duties, taxes, and customs or carrier clearance charges are additional and payable by the recipient. This will be disclosed before payment, together with known charges where reasonably available. We do not guarantee that a shipment will be exempt.
Please provide accurate delivery details and respond to reasonable collection or customs requests. If a parcel is returned because of incorrect details supplied by the customer or failure to collect it, we will discuss the available options and any lawful additional cost before arranging another shipment. The purchase price is not automatically forfeited.
Cancellation and returns for standard products
For remotely ordered standard physical products, cancellation may be requested from purchase until 14 days after receiving the product or the written transaction details required by law, whichever is later. Our standard-product policy includes the published design and size options and advertised optional features. Printing after payment does not, by itself, make such an order non-refundable.
For a change-of-mind cancellation, a fee may be deducted only where permitted by applicable law, up to the lower of 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100. Any lower legal limit applies. Separate printing, processing, or original-delivery deductions will not be added to that fee.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the cost of returning the product to our business address unless applicable law provides otherwise. Please pack it securely, preferably in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. Opening the package to inspect the product does not by itself remove cancellation rights. Any claim concerning damage or a significant reduction in value caused by the customer is subject to law.
Where Israeli law applies, eligible people with disabilities, customers aged 65 or older, and new immigrants within the statutory eligibility period may have four months to cancel, measured from the transaction, receipt of the product, or receipt of the required written details, whichever is later. This is subject to the statutory conditions, including a conversation with the business, which may be through electronic communication.
Specifically personalized orders
Work produced to individual requirements outside our published standard options may qualify for a lawful exception to change-of-mind cancellation. Any proposed restriction will be explained in the written quotation before payment and will apply only where mandatory law permits it. It does not remove rights relating to defects, incorrect specifications, non-delivery, or another breach.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing products
Please notify us promptly if a product arrives damaged, differs from the agreed specifications, or fails to arrive. Photographs of the product, packaging, and label, and retaining the packaging where practical, can help us resolve a problem. These requests do not create an additional short deadline or waive statutory rights.
Where cancellation is available because of a defect, mismatch, failure to deliver on time, or another breach by us, no cancellation fee will be charged. We will arrange and pay for collection or return from the delivery location where required. A replacement may be agreed, but will not be imposed where the customer is entitled to a refund.
We remain the customer's point of contact. An entitled refund or replacement will not depend on the carrier first paying our compensation or insurance claim.
How to cancel a product order and receive a refund

Notice may also be given orally at the business premises where permitted by law, or through any online cancellation facility provided on the website.
Email or WhatsApp is preferred for prompt handling and a written record. Other lawful channels remain available. Please identify the purchaser and the order, including an identification number where legally required. An order or receipt number is helpful if available. Cancellation is not conditional on our acknowledgment or use of a particular form.
For a valid cancellation under the Israeli distance-selling rules, the amount due will be refunded and outstanding charges canceled within 14 days of receiving the notice, or sooner if applicable law requires. The refund includes the canceled purchase and original shipping paid to us, subject only to a lawful cancellation fee as described above. For a partial cancellation, shipping is refunded to the extent required by law.
Refunds are made to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed or required. Store credit will not replace a monetary refund without the customer's agreement.
Information used to fulfill product orders
For product purchases, necessary order and delivery information may be shared with payment providers, postal or courier services, customs authorities, and fulfillment providers involved in completing the transaction. This may include the recipient's name, address, contact details, and shipment contents. Information is used for fulfillment, support, and legal recordkeeping and is not sold.
Artwork and customer rights
Purchasing printed artwork transfers ownership of the physical product, without transferring copyright or granting an additional reproduction or commercial-use license. Any separate permission for a downloadable version, and uses permitted by law, remain unaffected.
Please contact us about concerns so we can seek a fair resolution. For product purchases, doing so is encouraged and is not a condition for exercising rights with a payment provider, consumer authority, or court. Nothing in these product terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable protection in the customer's country.

By completing a purchase or payment, the participant or client confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
